Equal parts depth, soul, awareness, humor, nervous system support, and “wow, humans really are fascinating creatures sometimes.” This work is transformational, energetic, nervous-system-based, and embodiment-focused in nature. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for licensed psychological or healthcare support, though it can work alongside and complement those forms of care.
